EIFS

EIFS Installation Our EIFS installation begins with preparation of the wall substrate and installation of the components specified for the project. Depending on the approved system, these may include a water-resistive barrier and drainage layer. We then install the exterior insulation boards, apply a base coat with embedded fiberglass reinforcing mesh, and complete the surface with the selected textured finish. We pay particular attention to openings, edges, transitions, and architectural details. Each installation follows the project plans and the EIFS manufacturer’s specifications. SH&S Lath & Plastering Inc. provides EIFS installation for residential and commercial projects.
